We know you'll be delighted with your own Silky Kisses pillowcase, and we aim to take care of all our customers.
What if I don’t like the colours when I see it in person?
Sometimes the reflective surface of silk (especially white and cream) can look a little different depending in the room it’s in due to different lighting and reflective surfaces, and surrounding colour. If you would like a different colour because you have changed your mind even, let us know within 14 days and we can arrange an exchange.
In the unlikely event you find your pillowcase faulty please contact us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund.
How do I care for my pillowcase?
We find that our pillowcases are best when they are hand washed in gentle detergent, or even shampoo, in cool water.
You can iron your pillowcase on iron 'silk' setting, if you wish, but we don't as we find that the small creases drop out easily with the warmth of our heads.
Does the Pillow Case price include import taxes and duties to my Country?
Included in the price is Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Although we do ship internationally, please check with your local tax authority regarding import taxes and duties specific to your Country.

We use Australia Post and their delivery times are between 5 - 10 days within Australia.

The Type of Silk we Use
Silky Kisses guarantee that our pillowcases are made with 22 momme 100% Mulberry Silk. Mulberry leaves have been used to feed silk worms for hundreds of generations. It produces the most gentle, soft and strongest silk fabric available. Silk Charmeuse is a more expensive and delicate finish, while also being a better insulator than other silk finishes. Most silk pillowcases available today are much thinner (a lower momme value) than the silk we use, making them more prone to wear and tear. Silky Kisses only uses the highest quality of 22 momme, meaning there is more silk used in the weaving process and therefore a denser fabric for your luxurious comfort and the longevity of our pillowcases.
Type of Finish of our Luxury Silk Fabric
Our Silk has a Charmeuse finish. This means it is woven with a 'Satin' weave, where the warp threads cross over three or more of the weft threads. The front side of the silk has a beautiful smooth, vibrant and lustrous finish, whilst the back has a dull finish, called Crêpe de Chine; a surface for strength and less slippage on the actual pillow underneath.
All our pillowcases are made in the 'terse' style which means it's a concise and simple structure, and are French seamed ...with love.
Will my pillow fit in a Silky Kisses Pillowcase?
When laying flat, our pillowcase has the following dimensions. They are designed to fit most universally standard pillows.
